AMRAP: As Many Reps As Possible. Join us for a full body you vs you circuit. Focusing on completing as many rounds or as many reps as possible of various workouts! NO SIGN UP REQUIRED! Please just arrive 10-15 minutes before class starts.
BAGS & ABS: Every Thursday! Punch away the pounds! Boxing drills, punches, core work and strength training, this class will always mix it up, relieve stress & help shred your midsection! NO SIGN UP REQUIRED! Please just arrive 10-15 minutes before class starts.
BANDED BOOTY BURNER: Lower body focused circuit with a mix of cardio, core, and banded lower body movements! NO SIGN UP REQUIRED! Please just arrive 10-15 minutes before class starts.
BEGINNERS CIRCUIT: (FREE CLASS EVERY WEEK on SATURDAY) A slow paced class specifically designed for people who are just getting back to working out or have never worked out before at LBs! BEGINNERS SPIN: FREE CLASS twice a month with Deb! This 45 minute class covering bike set up, how to read the monitors, positions on the bike and some light choreography! Sign up on the StuidioBookings App!
BUNGEE FITNESS: It is a totally different way of exercising as compared to traditional workouts. It is a revolutionary, full-body training system for fitness as well as rehabilitation. It mixes resistance training with a cardiovascular workout and uses your own body in order to push against the bungee cord. Training in a bungee harness means that you can complete a high-intensity workout with no stress on your joints. $22, you must pay to guarantee your spot.

PRIVATE BUNGEE PARTY:
Book your private Bungee Class with Vella by calling or texting 419-279-5921. Private Bungee parties are a minimum of 8 people, with a max of 12 people. We offer Private parties on Saturdays or Sundays. You have the option to pick your playlist, choose a theme and we will provide numerous pics and videos of your private class, if you'd like!!
CARDIO DRUMMING: Cardio drumming is high-intensity drumming that incorporates drumming-to-the-beat movement to make it a whole body workout while remaining fun enough for anyone to do with no training! CIRCUIT: Heart pumping, energizing, hybrid of cardio and strength training. Think burpees, pushups, box jumps, sit ups, bag work and weights. It’s never the same class twice! FLEX HIIT: You’re invited to the perfect party on a Friday night! This double instructor lead class is a combo of lifting and HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training). A full body class designed to sculpt those muscles and enhance bone density, paving the way for improved health, injury prevention, and a metabolism that burns bright. HOT Spin & Stretch: The heat is turned up as we work through an equal focus of improving cardiovascular health and a full body stretch! We start on the bike for a 25 minute ride, then we are off the bike completing long hold, static stretches. HOT Bikes & Barre: This beat based class is all about turning up the heat (literally LOL), boosting your mood and losing yourself in the music! On the bike we focus on getting your heart rate up by creating a great cardio workout, off the bike we focus on barre movements that improve lean strength, balance, and flexibility! HOT Pilates: In this class we will perform a series of mind-body exercises that focuses on core stability, strength, and flexibility, while paying attention to muscle control, posture, and breathing! All exercises will be performed on a mat. Sign up on the StudioBookings App!

KETTLEBELL LIFT and POWERCORE: We will focus on engagement of your whole core, not just thinking abdominals. LIFTING WITH LESLIE: This is a high intensity, strength training program with the benefit of a high calorie burn! We will finish the class with core exercises. NO SIGN UP REQUIRED! Please just arrive 10-15 minutes before class starts.

LOW IMPACT CIRCUIT: A full body, easy-on-your-joints class that is perfect for ANYONE including beginners, but is still very challenging! LBsWEIGHTLIST ($20 for the 4-week session): Mondays 8PM for 4 weeks. Participate LIVE or join us VIRTUALLY. Receive and practice a weightlifting routine utilizing dumbbells on Monday; commit to repeat the workout twice on your own before the next class! MUSCLE ISOLATION: The focus is primarily on instructing and improving technical execution of lifts, targeting specific areas of the body. This class is designed to help improve technique, efficiency and coordination. Get the most out of your lifts and time spent at the gym! NO SIGN UP REQUIRED! POWERCORE: Focusing on the engagement of your ENTIRE core, not just thinking abdominals. Using bodyweight, dumbbells and bands with slow and controlled movements to activate your core. RIDE. REP. RUN. : This class is available the last Saturday of each month May-October. Ride the Spin bike 5 miles, complete 100 reps of 5 different movements and Run one mile for time. SCULPT STRETCH: This is a 45 minute full body sculpting class that combines yoga postures with weights. We use 3- 8lb weights throughout. Add a few cardio boosts in and a deep stretch at the end! NO SIGN UP REQUIRED! Please just arrive 10-15 minutes before class starts.
SPIN CLASS: Something for everyone! Intervals, rolling hills, sprints, climbs, runs, surges and jumps all to music hand-picked by the instructor to motivate and inspire! This is a great workout if you want to burn calories and increase strength and endurance for increased heart health. Come on in for the ride! Classes available 7 days a week! UPPER BODY STRENGTH: An upper body strength workout utilizing a combination of weights, kettle bells, resistance bands, TRX & body weight exercises. NO SIGN UP REQUIRED! Please just arrive 10-15 minutes before class starts.
UPPER + TRX + CORE: Perfect mix of Upper body lifts and movements, along with TRX stations and ending with core movements! NO SIGN UP REQUIRED! Please just arrive 10-15 minutes before class starts.
YIN YOGA: Relax and breathe in traditional yoga poses. Each pose will be held for a few minutes while you are guided through meditation to release tension. Bring any props such as pillows and blankets to maximize your comfort. NO SIGN UP REQUIRED! Please just arrive 10-15 minutes before class starts.
With more than 90 classes offered, 7 days a week, from early morning to late evening, it's hard not to find a LBs Circuit Training class that fits your schedule!
Feet: You can wear Indoor shoes (shoes that have not been worn outside please), grip socks or barefoot to workout in any class. NO outside shoes allowed on mats, we want to avoid all the germs from shoes that have been worn outside. Cleanliness is our #1 priority!
Feet (Spin): Spin shoes with SPD cleats or clean tennis shoes.
Hands: MMA Gloves. Bring your own, rent a pair for $2 or buy a pair from us for $35!
Hydration: Bring your own water, or bring an empty, reuseable water bottle and we will fill it up with our filtered water for $1 or buy a bottled water for $2.
Sweat: You MUST bring a towel to any class. Forgot? No worries! Buy one for $12 or rent one for $2.
Storage: Cubbies available to use for free in the waiting area. Lockers are available in the locker rooms. Monthly locker rentals available: $10 Half Locker, $15 Full Locker
Showers: Showers available to any member or non member! We have three showers in the mens locker room and three showers in the women's locker room. We also have extra soap, shampoo, lotion, perfume/cologne, deodorant and feminine products in each locker room in case you forget yours!
