LBs Circuit Training + Spin is for ANYONE who wants to take their physical health, mental health and wellness to the next level!! Whether you need help getting started for the first time in your life or if you want to upgrade your current routine!

All of the 320 classes offered at LBs Circuit Training + Spin in Toledo are open to EVERY-body! All ages, shapes, sizes and fitness levels are WELCOME!
In every class you will be encouraged to go at your own pace and modify movements as needed but most of all...HAVE FUN AND BE GRATEFUL FOR THE MOVEMENT YOUR BODY IS CAPABLE OF!
BAGS & ABS: Every Thursday! Punch away the pounds! Boxing drills, punches, core work and strength training, this class will always mix it up, relieve stress & help shred your midsection!
BEGINNERS CIRCUIT: (FREE CLASS EVERY WEEK on SATURDAY) A slow paced class specifically designed for people who are just getting back to working out or have never worked out before at LBs! This is a great introductory class focused on form and our basic LBs moves.
BEGINNERS SPIN: (FREE CLASS EVERY WEEK on SATURDAY) 45 minute class covering bike set up, how to read the monitors, positions on the bike and some light choreography!
BEGINNER SPIN CIRCUIT: An intro to BOTH spin and circuit. A 30 minute ride that goes over proper set up and break down of your bike and foundation spin technique to help you have a safe and successful ride with any instructor! Followed by a 20 minute circuit on the mat where we will go over some foundation moves seen in circuit classes and a short circuit with timed stations. Bring gloves, indoor shoes, towel, and water!
CARDIO DRUMMING: Cardio drumming is high-intensity drumming that incorporates drumming-to-the-beat movement to make it a whole body workout while remaining fun enough for anyone to do with no training! Light weight lifting and core strengthening movements are also included in this class!
CIRCUIT: Heart pumping, energizing, hybrid of cardio and strength training. Think burpees, pushups, box jumps, sit ups, bag work and weights. It’s never the same class twice! You can modify the moves as needed BUT come prepared to work hard and sweat!
EXPRESS CIRCUIT: Come get a mid-day energy boost! 40 minute circuit style class, includes 5 minute warm up, 30 minute class and 5 minute cool down!
EXPRESS STRENGTH CIRCUIT: Come get a mid-day energy boost! 40 minute group lifting class, includes 5 minute warm up, 30 minute lift and 5 minute cool down!
EXPRESS SPIN: Start your day off right with this high energy cycling class! 30-40 minute spin class, includes warm up and cool down!
HAPPY HOUR: No Kids Please. Music will be extra loud, unedited and proudly ratchet. :)
HOT SPIN CIRCUIT: This class will be in the Spin room with the heat cranked UP! You will have a set workout for you to go at your own pace. The workout will include a Circuit, Spin and a Lift.
LOW IMPACT CIRCUIT: A full body, easy-on-your-joints class that is perfect for ANYONE including beginners, but is still very challenging! This class will boost your energy level, burn calories, reduce stress and leave you feeling great!
LIFTING WITH LESLIE: This class will start with a short Circuit to warm up and then a full body lift lead by Leslie, we end with some floor and core work!
LBsWEIGHTLIST ($20 for the 4-week session): Mondays 8PM for 4 weeks. Participate LIVE or join us VIRTUALLY. Receive and practice a weightlifting routine utilizing dumbbells on Monday; commit to repeat the workout twice on your own before the next class!
MUSCLE ISOLATION: This is a 1-hour class that focuses primarily on instructing and improving technical execution of lifts, targeting specific areas of the body. This class is designed to help improve technique, efficiency and coordination. Get the most out of your lifts and time spent at the gym!
RIDE. REP. RUN. ($10) : This class is available the last Saturday of each month May-October. Ride the Spin bike 5 miles, complete 100 reps of 5 different movements and Run one mile for time. Repeat the same workout the next month and try to beat your previous time!
SPIN CLASS: Something for everyone! Intervals, rolling hills, sprints, climbs, runs, surges and jumps all to music hand-picked by the instructor to motivate and inspire! This is a great workout if you want to burn calories and increase strength and endurance for increased heart health. Come on in for the ride! Classes available 7 days a week!
SPINMOSA: A 90 minute Sunday Spin + Circuit class with Deb that ends with a Mimosa!
SPIN YOGA: 30 minutes on the Spin bike and 30 minutes of relaxing Yoga poses.
STEP AEROBICS: Step aerobics is a classic cardio workout. It's lasted for decades for a simple reason: It delivers results. You step up, around, and down to boost your heart rate and breathing, and strengthen your muscles.
STRENGTH CIRCUIT: Dedicated to lifting and core strengthening movements, no cardio!
SUNDAY FUNDAY CIRCUIT: A 90 minute, full body Circuit class!
TURBO KICK: Interval based, full body workout incorporating kickboxing, strength and endurance training. Easy-to-follow sequences and combinations!
UPPER BODY SUNDAY CIRCUIT: An upper body strength workout utilizing a combination of weights, kettle bells, resistance bands, TRX & body weight exercises.
With more than 80 classes offered 7 days a week from early morning to late evening it's hard not to find a LBs Circuit Training class that fits your schedule!
Feet: You can wear Indoor shoes (shoes that have not been worn outside), grip socks or barefoot to workout in any class. NO outside shoes allowed on mats!
Feet (Spin): Spin shoes with SPD cleats or clean tennis shoes.
Hands: MMA Gloves. Bring your own, rent a pair for $2 or buy a pair from us for $35!
Hydration: Bring your own water, or bring an empty, reuseable water bottle and we will fill it up with our filtered water for $1 or buy a bottled water for $2.
Sweat: You MUST bring a towel to any class. Forgot? No worries! Buy one for $10 or rent one for $2.
Storage: Cubbies available to use for free in the waiting area. Lockers are available in the locker rooms. Monthly locker rentals available: $10 Half Locker, $15 Full Locker
Showers: Showers available to any member or non member! We have three showers in the mens locker room and three showers in the women's locker room. We also have extra soap, shampoo, lotion, perfume/cologne, deodorant and feminine products in each locker room in case you forget yours!

You must pay in full to hold your spot. A 24-hour cancellation notice is required or you will be charged for the session. You must use your sessions within 90 days of your first training session.
