BACK TO BASICS: Lifting class focusing on our basic lifts with proper form. GREAT class for Beginners! Dedicated to lifting & core strengthening movements, no cardio. NO SIGN UP REQUIRED! Please just arrive 10-15 minutes before class starts.
BAGS & ABS: Every Thursday! Punch away the pounds! Boxing drills, punches, core work and strength training, this class will always mix it up, relieve stress & help shred your midsection! NO SIGN UP REQUIRED! Please just arrive 10-15 minutes before class starts.
BANDED BOOTY BURNER: Lower body focused circuit with a mix of cardio, core, and banded lower body movements! NO SIGN UP REQUIRED! Please just arrive 10-15 minutes before class starts.
BEGINNERS CIRCUIT: A slow paced class specifically designed for people who are just getting back to working out or have never worked out before at LBs! BEGINNERS SPIN: Intimidated bt the thought of taking a spin class? No worries!! This FREE 45 minute class is designed to take you step by step through what to expect from your first class. BUNGEE FITNESS: Private Bungee parties are a minimum of 8 people, with a max of 12 people. We offer Private parties any day! You have the option to pick your playlist, choose a theme and we will provide numerous pics and videos of your private class, if you'd like!! CARDIO DRUMMING: Wednesdays at 7pm and Saturdays at 10am Cardio Drumming classes are appropriate for ALL bodies and fitness levels, no experience necessary! CIRCUIT: Heart pumping, energizing, hybrid of cardio and strength training. Think burpees, pushups, box jumps, sit ups, bag work and weights. It’s never the same class twice! HAPPY HOUR SPIN + LIFT: This class will be a mix of Spin and Lifting with Happy Hour music. Happy Hour Music will be extra loud, unedited and proudly ratchet. :) No Kids please. NO SIGN UP REQUIRED! Please just arrive 10-15 minutes before class starts.
HOT SPIN CIRCUIT: *Available in Fall and Winter months* Bike to the Beat, in the HEAT, with LB! With a mix of fast sprints and heavy climbs all timed to the beat of the music! A light lift or bands, plus stretching round this class out.
HOT STRETCH and ROLL: *Available in Fall and Winter months* We will be in the spin room with the heat cranked UP! We will be flowing through numerous stretches followed by foam rolling over the same muscle group, bring a foam roller if you have one, or you can use one of ours! Sign up on the StudioBookings App!
HOT STRENGTH AND STRETCH: *Available in Fall and Winter months* Combining basic lifts and deep, long hold stretches, this is a slow flow class in the spin room with the heat cranked UP! Sign up on the StudioBookings App!
HOT #TBT SPIN: *Available in Fall and Winter months* A classic! Throwback Thursday jams with the heat cranked UP! With a mix of fast sprints and heavy climbs all timed to the beat of the music! HOT SPIN, UPPER BODY LIFT, BANDS, BAGS & ABS CIRCUIT: *Available in Fall and Winter months* Heat will be cranked up in the Spin room for 35 minutes of Spin and 25 minutes of an upper body lift. KICKBOXING: This is a high energy, full body workout that will include a warm up of body weight exercises and cardio, followed by several rounds of punching and kicking where we will work on form while adding in some fun combos to release stress and get your heart pumping! #LBsKids CLASS: LBs KidsFit w/ Dr. Sarah & Dr. Mike. Energetic, fun exercise and movement-based play for kids Ages 3-10. Each class will be different, but activities may include cardio drumming, parachutes, silly circuits, small weights, balance exercises, and collaborative games. Class may sometimes be subdivided by ages/abilities. PLEASE SIGN UP AT LEAST 24 HOURS BEFORE THIS CLASS SO WE CAN HAVE AN ACCURATE COUNT OF THE AMOUNT AND THE AGES OF KIDS ATTENDING CLASS. MUSCLE ISOLATION: The focus is primarily on instructing and improving technical execution of lifts, targeting specific areas of the body. This class is designed to help improve technique, efficiency and coordination. Get the most out of your lifts and time spent at the gym! NO SIGN UP REQUIRED! POUND and POWER: Part cardio drumming, part weight lifting, part stretch and balance, Pound and Power is a group workout choreographed to empowering and energetic music!! Sign up on the StudioBookings App!
POWERCORE: Focusing on the engagement of your ENTIRE core, not just thinking abdominals. Using bodyweight, dumbbells and bands with slow and controlled movements to activate your core. RIDE. REP. ROPES.: This class is available the first Saturday of each month November-April. Pick your bike and record how far you can ride in 20 minutes. Pop off the bike and see how many reps you can knock out in 20 minutes. Finish the workout by earning "points" for non-stop battle ropes and jump rope, one minute at a time! RIDE. REP. RUN. : This class is available the first Saturday of each month May-October. Ride the Spin bike 5 miles, complete 100 reps of 5 different movements and Run one mile for time. Repeat the same workout the next month and try to beat your previous time! Sign up on the StudioBookings App!
SPIN CLASS: Something for everyone! Intervals, rolling hills, sprints, climbs, runs, surges and jumps all to music hand-picked by the instructor to motivate and inspire! This is a great workout if you want to burn calories and increase strength and endurance for increased heart health. Come on in for the ride! Classes available 7 days a week! UPPER BODY STRENGTH: An upper body strength workout utilizing a combination of weights, kettle bells, resistance bands, TRX & body weight exercises. NO SIGN UP REQUIRED! Please just arrive 10-15 minutes before class starts.

Our classes are offered seven days a week, from early morning to late evening, it's hard not to find a LBs Circuit Training class that fits your schedule!
Feet: You can wear Indoor shoes (shoes that have not been worn outside please), grip socks or barefoot to workout in any class. NO outside shoes allowed on mats, we want to avoid all the germs from shoes that have been worn outside. Cleanliness is our #1 priority!
Feet (Spin): Spin shoes with SPD cleats or clean tennis shoes.
Hands: MMA Gloves. Bring your own, rent a pair for $2 or buy a pair from us for $35!
Hydration: Bring your own water, or bring an empty, reuseable water bottle and we will fill it up with our filtered water for $1 or buy a bottled water for $2.
Sweat: You MUST bring a towel to any class. Forgot? No worries! Buy one for $12 or rent one for $2.
Storage: Cubbies available to use for free in the waiting area. Lockers are available in the locker rooms. Monthly locker rentals available: $10 Half Locker, $15 Full Locker
Showers: Showers available to any member or non member! We have three showers in the mens locker room and three showers in the women's locker room. We also have extra soap, shampoo, lotion, perfume/cologne, deodorant and feminine products in each locker room in case you forget yours!
